Where we ship from

We ship from Long Island, NY.

Order processing

In-stock retail orders are processed the same day or within 1 business day.

Shipping times

Shipping transit time is separate from order processing time and varies by destination and shipping service. We use major carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Retail returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unworn compression garments. Once compression garments have been worn, they cannot be returned because they cannot be resold.

Return shipping is free, and there is no restocking fee. No items are designated final sale; garments must still meet the unworn requirement and the 30-day return window.
